Pengaruh Mikoriza dan Bio Organik Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Cananga Odorata (Lamk) Hook.Fet & Thoms

Abstract

INTRODUCTION. One of way which can be done to yield crop C. odorata with good quality is by giving fertilizer, but sometimes giving fertilizer is not influences physical character, chemical and biology of soil at the same time. So required existence of biofertilizer technology capable to give repair media to grow and also stands to the plant growth. Usage of mycorrhiza and bio organic is expected can be increase of C. odorata growth. This research aimed: (i) co-signature existence influence of mycorrhiza and bio organic to growth of C. odorata and (ii) co-signature root colonization C. odorata with giving slurry. METHODOLOGY. This research applies completely randomized design, and measuring plant growth and sees colonization of FMA (Fungi Mycorrhiza Arbuscular). CONCLUSION. This research shown, giving of slurry can happened colonization of root by hypha FMA at 9 week and root colonisation of C. odorata can happened naturally. This research also indicated that existence of mycorrhiza and bio organic has not optimal to growth of seed C. odorata during 9 week. Key word: Mycorrhiza, Bio Organic, Cananga odorata.
