      Dampak Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (Distance Learning) Terhadap Pencapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa S1 IPB)

      Abstract
      Pembelajaran jarak jauh (online) merupakan salah satu solusi metode pembelajaran pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Namun demikian, hasil dari beberapa penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat berdampak negatif terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengungkap lebih jauh faktor-faktor lain yang diduga mempengaruhi pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara online. Penelitian ini melibatkan 201 mahasiswa S1 IPB yang pernah mengikuti kuliah offline dan online yang dipilih secara purposive voluntary sampling technique. Sementara itu Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan sebagai basis analisis untuk menduga koefisien model kausalitas antar faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran secara online signifikan menurunkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Dari lima faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pembelajaran online, tiga diantaranya yaitu: faktor karakteristik mahasiswa, karakteristik dosen, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif, baik terhadap pembelajaran secara online maupun pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Sebaliknya, faktor lingkungan secara langsung berdampak negatif terhadap pembelajaran secara online maupun pencapaian tujuan pembelajarannya. Sedangkan teknologi secara langsung berdampak negatif terhadap pembelajaran secara online dan berdampak positif terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Sehingga secara agregat faktor teknologi dan lingkungan masih belum mampu mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara online.
       
      Distance learning (online) is one of solution to the learning method during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the results of several studies reveal that distance learning can have a negative impact on the achievement of learning objectives. Based on this information, this research is aimed to reveal further of the other factors that influence online learning objectives. This study involved 201 IPB undergraduate students who had attended offline and online lectures selected by purposive voluntary sampling technique. Meanwhile, the Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used as the basis of analysis to estimate the coefficients of the causality model between factors. The results showed that online learning significantly reduced students' ability to achieve learning objectives. Of the five factors that influence online learning performance, three of them: students characteristic, lecturer characteristics, and students motivation have a positive influence, both on online learning and learning objectives. On the other hand, environmental factors directly have a negative impact on learning and learning objectives. Meanwhile, technology has also a negative impact on online learning but has a positive impact on educational learning objectives. So that in aggregate, technological and environmental factors are still not able to support the learning objectives carried out online.
