      Analisis Pengembangan Produk Olahan Mangrove Sebagai Mata Pencaharian Alternatif Masyarakat Pesisir (Studi Kasus Desa Pantai Bahagia, Kecamatan Muara Gembong, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat)

      Abstract
      Muara Gembong merupakan daerah di Kabupaten Bekasi yang mengalami perubahan lingkungan akibat konversi hutan mangrove. Daerah yang paling terdampak adalah Desa Pantai Bahagia. Sebanyak 63% masyarakatnya mengalami penurunan pendapatan dan menjadikan produk olahan mangrove sebagai pendapatan alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi produk olahan mangrove, (2) menganalisis kelayakan usaha, (3) menganalisis pengaruh produk olahan mangrove terhadap kelestarian hutan mangrove, dan (4) menganalisis strategi pengembangan produk olahan mangrove. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Weighted Sum Model (WSM), analisis pendapatan, Revenue Cost of Ratio (R/C), Return of Investment (ROI), Payback Period (PP), deskriptif kualitatif serta Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dodol original, stik balado, dan sirup merupakan olahan mangrove yang paling layak untuk dikembangkan. Usaha produk olahan mangrove layak dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan finansial. Produk olahan berpengaruh terhadap kelestarian hutan mangrove melalui perubahan pola pemanfaatan, pengelolaan ekosistem, dan kesediaan masyarakat untuk menanam mangrove. Strategi pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu menentukan segmentasi konsumen, optimalisasi pasar digital, bekerjasama dengan reseller dan dropshipper serta membuat produk olahan mangrove menjadi naik kelas.
       
      Muara Gembong is an area in Bekasi Regency that is experiencing environmental changes due to the conversion of mangrove forests. The most affected area is Pantai Bahagia Village. This study aims to (1) identify processed mangrove products, (2) analyze business feasibility, (3) analyze the effect of processed mangrove products on the preservation of mangrove forests, and (4) analyze the strategy for developing mangrove processed products. The research method used is case study method, while the data analysis method used is Weighted Sum Model (WSM), income analysis, Revenue Cost of Ratio (R/C), Return on Investment (ROI), Payback Period (PP), qualitative descriptive and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT). Based on the research results, original dodol, balado sticks, and syrup are the most suitable mangrove products to be developed. The business of processing mangrove products is feasible based on financial feasibility criteria. Processed products affect the sustainability of mangrove forests through changes in utilization patterns, ecosystem management, and community willingness to plant mangroves. Development strategies that can be carried out are determining consumer segmentation, optimizing the digital market, collaborating with resellers and dropshippers and making processed mangrove products to be promoted.
