dc.description.abstractPadi merupakan tanaman pangan yang banyak ditanam di Indonesia. Produksi padi mencapai 75.397.841 ton/tahun. Varietas Ciherang dengan umur panen 116-125 hari dengan tinggi padi 107-115 cm, anakan produktif 14-17 batang, bobot 1000 butir 28 gram. Peningkatan dosis pemupukan N di dalam tanah secara langsung dapat meningkatkan kadar protein (N) dan produksi tanaman padi. Semakin meningkatnya umur tanaman maka kualitas nutrisi menurun. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisa umur panen dan level pemupukan pada padi varietas Ciherang guna meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas jerami padi dalam periode umur panen padi yang direkomendasikan. Luas lahan penelitian yang digunakan di sawah petani 1000 m2 untuk lahan pengambilan sampel terbagi menjadi 4 petak dengan masing-masing luas 1x2 m2. Lahan dicampur dengan pupuk kandang seberat 200 kg. Rancangan yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 3x4 yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan umur panen H1=114 hari, H2=118 hari dan H3=122 hari. Perlakuan berupa level pupuk (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu: P0= urea 55 gram+SP-36 5 gram+KCL 6 gram, P1= urea 63,25 gram+SP-36 5 gram+KCL 6 gram, P2= urea 71,50 gram+SP-36 5 gram+KCL 6 gram, P3= urea 79,75 gram+SP-36 5 gram+KCL 6 gram setiap perlakuan sebanyak 10 ulangan. Data dianalis menggunakan sidik ragam (ANOVA) pada taraf dikuti uji jarak berganda Duncan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi: parameter pertumbuhan (tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, diameter batang, warna daun); parameter produksi (produksi jerami, produksi gabah, produksi gabah isi dan produksi gabah hampa); parameter kualitas kimia pakan (serat kasar, protein pasar, ADF dan NDF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan level pemupukan dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, warna daun, diamater batang, jumlah anakan, berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap produksi jerami, produksi gabah isi, produksi gabah hampa, Protein kasar, serat kasar, ADF dan NDF.Kelompok umur panen berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) pada produksi jerami, produksi gabah hampa dan NDF. Data menunjukkan penambahan urea 45% meningkatkan produksi jerami (27,63 ton ha-1), produksi gabah isi (5,52 ton ha-1), dan mengurangi gabah hampa (0,15 ton ha-1), PK 7,49%, SK 20,35%, ADF 55,03 %). Kelompok umur panen 114 hari menunjukkan nilai tertinggi dibandingkan umur panen yang lain pada produksi jerami 28,18 %, produksi gabah hampa 0,21 ton ha-1 dan NDF 69,11%. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa level pupuk terbaik pada penambahan urea sebesar 45% dengan umur panen 114 hari.id
dc.description.abstractRice is a food crop that is widely grown in Indonesia. Rice production is reaches 75,397,841 tons. Ciherang variety with harvest age of 116-125 days with rice height of 107-115 cm, productive tillers of 14-17 stems, weight of 1000 grains of 28 grams. Increasing the dose of N fertilization in the soil can directly increase the protein (N) content and production of rice plants. As the age of the plant increases, the nutritional quality decreases. The purpose of the study was to analyze the harvest age and fertilization level of Ciherang rice varieties in order to increase the production and quality of rice straw in the recommended rice harvest period. The research area used in the farmers rice fields is 1000 m2 for the sampling area divided into 4 plots, each with an area of 1x2 m2. The land is then mixed with 200 kg of manure. The design used in this study was a 3x4 randomized block design which was grouped based on harvest age H1=114 days, H2=118 days and H3=122 days. The treatment was in the form of fertilizer level (P) which consisted of 4 levels, namely: P0 = urea 55 grams + SP-36 5 grams + KCL 6 grams, P1 = urea 63.25 grams + SP-36 5 grams + KCL 6 grams, P2 = urea 71.50 grams + SP-36 5 grams + KCL 6 grams, P3 = urea 79.75 grams + SP-36 5 grams + KCL 6 grams each treatment 10 replications. Data were analyzed using variance (ANOVA) at the level followed by Duncan's multiple distance test. Parameters observed included: growth parameters (plant height, number of tillers, stem diameter, leaf color) production parameters (straw production, grain production, filled grain production and empty grain production) Feed chemical quality parameters (crude fiber, market protein, ADF and NDF). The results showed that the fertilization level treatment increased plant height, leaf color, stem diameter, number of tillers, significantly (P<0.05) on straw production, filled grain production, empty grain production, crude protein, crude fiber, ADF and NDF. Harvest age group had a significant effect (P<0.05) on straw production, empty grain production and NDF. The data showed that the addition of 45% urea increased straw production (27.63 tons ha-1), unhulled grain production (5.52 tons ha-1), and reduced empty grain (0.15 tons ha-1), PK 7.49 %, SK 20.35%, ADF 55.03 %). The harvest age group of 114 days showed the highest value compared to other harvest ages at 28.18% straw production, 0.21 ton ha-1 empty grain production and 69.11% NDF. From this research, it can be concluded that the best fertilizer level with the addition of urea is 45% with a harvest age of 114 days.id
