Evaluasi Proses Pemotongan Hewan Kurban Di Masjid Baitul Muttaqin Kelurahan Kalisari Kecamatan Pasar Rebo DKI Jakarta.
Abstract
Many moslem community doing slaughter of qurban animal throughout Eid al-Adha, resulting in the slaughter of qurban animal to occur around mosques, schools, and cluster area. This study aims to evaluate the process of slaughtering animals qurban at the Baitul Muttaqin Mosque, Kalisari Village, Pasar Rebo District, DKI Jakarta. Data analysis based on Body Condition Score (BCS) measurement data and an evaluation of animal qurban slaughter was carried out according to PERMENTAN114/2014. The suitability of the implementation of slaughtering qurban animals at the Jami Baitul Muttaqin Mosque based on PERMENTAN Guidelines 114/2014 includes the process of receiving and resting area by 33.3%, location and means of slaughtering 44,4%, antemortem inspection 0%, human resources 100%, slaughter processing 50%, skinning and evisceration process 100%, postmortem inspection 0%, deboning 60%, weighing and packaging 40%, distribution 0% . The percentage of total stages according to the PERMENTAN guideline 114/2014 is 42.7%. Antemortem inspection, postmortem inspection, and distribution process that are not done in the slaughtering process which can cause the slaughter of qurban animals to remain vulnerable to physical, chemical, and biological contamination.
