      Abstract

Ragunan Wildlife Park or Zoo (TMR) is one of the tourism destinations for ex-situ conservation institutions located in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemi affects the resilience of managers and the community as tourism actors. The decrease in the number of visitors have directly affected on the decline in retribution revenue for tourist objects. The research aimed at the analysis of resilience strategy conducted by all parties during pandemic Covid 19. Data collection methods in the form of interviews, literature study, and field observations. The selection of respondents using purposive accidental sampling technique. This study used quantitative and descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the manager's perception was quite good, while for tourism actors it was very good. This is because tourism actors really feel the impact of the closure of the TMR which affects the main income. The mitigation strategy carried out is to conduct a rotation pattern for tourism supporting actors. While adaptations made by tourism managers and actors are through their knowledge and experience, innovative learning that is carried out, and connectivity. A good level of perception causes tourism managers and actors to understand mitigation efforts against risks during the Covid-19 pandemi.
