      Pengaruh Auksin dan Media Induksi Pengakaran pada Pembibitan Stek Tanaman Anggur (Vitis vinifera L.)

      Abstract
      Percobaan bertujuan mempelajari pengaruh pemberian auksin dan media induksi pengakaran pada stek tanaman anggur. Pelaksanaan percobaan dilakukan pada akhir bulan Maret hingga Juni 2021 di Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kota Pekalongan. Percobaan dilakukan dengan rancangan acak lengkap dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah perlakuan auksin yaitu: tanpa auksin, Rootone F dan NAA+IBA. Faktor kedua adalah Jenis media yang terdiri atas media tanah dan kertas. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa auksin tidak berpengaruh terhadap persentase keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan stek anggur. Jenis media berpengaruh terhadap panjang akar dan jumlah akar, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap persentase keberhasilan dan waktu tumbuh akar.
       
      The study aims to determine the effect of auxin and rooting induction media on grape vines cuttings. The experiment was conducted in March 2021 to June 2021 at the Department of Agriculture and Livestock of Pekalongan City. The study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design with two factors. First factor is a type of auxin which consist: without auxin, Rootone F and NAA+IBA. Second factor is the type of media consisting of soil and paper media. The results showed that auxin had no effect on the percentage of success and growth of grape vines cuttings. The media had an effect on root length and number of roots, but had no effect on the percentage of success and root growth time.
