MOCHAMAD ALDI YUSUF. Feasibility Study of Agroforestry in Karacak Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency. Supervised by DODIK RIDHO NURROCHMAT. The agroforestry pattern in mixed gardens in Karacak Village is very important for the farmers’ livelihood. This study aims to determine the contribution of agroforestry community forest to farmers' income and analyze the feasibility of agroforestry community forest business in Karacak Village. This study's primary data collection was conducted by interviewing the head or members of the farmer's household and field observations using purposive sampling technique on farmers who have community forest businesses based on their land area. The NPV, BCR, and IRR values are used to determine the feasibility of business in community forests at Strata I, II, and III. The results showed three strata of agroforestry community forest land area, namely Strata I having a land area of <0.51 ha, Strata II having a land area of 0.51– 0.74 ha, and Strata III having a land area of >0.74 ha. The managed community forest is a combination of mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana L), durian (Durio), Albizia/sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria), African wood (Maesopsis eminii Engl). The contribution of community forest income is 31% in Strata I, 18% in Strata II, and 57% in Strata III. The amounts of NPV for Strata I, II, and III were Rp 26,312,489, Rp 11,473,644, and Rp 86,609,451, respectively. BCR values for Strata I, II, and III are 2.12 each; 1.38; and 2.36. IRR values for Strata I, II, and III are 38%; 22%; and 36%.
