      Manajemen Tenaga Kerja Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Kebun Buatan, PT Inti Indosawit Subur, Pelalawan, Riau

      Abstract
      Salah satu kunci sukses dalam pengelolaan perkebunan kelapa sawit adalah penanganan ketenagakerjaan dengan baik. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan selama empat bulan dari 18 Januari 2021 hingga 12 Mei 2021 di Kebun Buatan, PT Inti Indosawit Subur, Pelalawan, Riau. Kegiatan magang dilakukan dengan bekerja secara langsung sebagai pekerja harian lepas (PHL), pendamping mandor, dan pendamping asisten untuk mempelajari aspek teknis dan manajerial. Manajemen tenaga kerja menjadi aspek khusus yang diamati dalam kegiatan magang. Pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang baik dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian tujuan dan target kerja perusahaan. Pengelolaan tenaga kerja di Kebun Buatan, PT Inti Indosawit Subur meliputi staf dan non staf. Keseluruhan tenaga kerja di Kebun Buatan PT IIS berjumlah 529 orang dengan luas areal yang diusahakan 2515 ha sehingga indeks tenaga kerja di Kebun Buatan adalah 0,203. Hasil magang menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah memiliki prosedur penerimaan karyawan dan sistem pengupahan yang baku. Prestasi kerja panen dan pupuk sudah baik dengan ketercapaian basis panen mencapai 110,5% dan pupuk mencapai 100,8%. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Afdeling III Kebun Buatan yakni tingkat kehadiran pekerja yang rendah, kualitas kerja panen dan pemeliharaan yang belum sesuai standar, serta prasarana yang masih perlu diperbaiki. Pengelolaan tenaga kerja PT Inti Indosawit Subur telah menerapkan prinsip ISPO ke-5 diantaranya melalui pemberian fasilitas untuk kesejahteraan pekerja serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.
       
      One of the key success in oil palm management is to handle labours properly. The internship was held from 18th January 2021 until 12th Mei 2021 in Buatan Estate, PT Inti Indosawit Subur, Pelalawan, Riau. The internship had been conducted by working directly as daily worker, accompanying field supervisor, and accompanying afdeling assistant (division head) to learn technical and managerial aspects. Field worker management was the focus on internship activity. Good management of field worker can affect the achievement of company goals and work targets. Field worker management in Buatan Estate, PT Inti Indosawit Subur categorized as staff and non-staff workers. The total workforce in Buatan Estate PT IIS is 529 people with managed as huge as 2515 ha, indicating the labor index in Buatan Estate is 0.203. Internship results show that the company already has a standard employee recruitment procedure and remuneration system. Harvest and fertilizer work performance is good with the achievement of the harvest base reaching 110.5% and fertilizer reaching 100.8%. Problems that occur in Afdeling III Buatan Estate are low worker attendance, the worker performance in terms of harvesting quality and maintenance standard, and improving infrastructure. Labour management in PT Inti Indosawit Subur has applied the 5th ISPO principle, including provision of facilities for the welfare of workers as well as occupational safety and health.
