      Karakteristik Mikrobiologi dan Organoleptik Lipstik Lanolin dengan Penambahan Bunga Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L)

      Abstract
      Lipstik sebagai sediaan kosmetika yang digunakan sebagai pewarna bibir dan meningkatkan estetika dalam tata rias wajah yang dikemas dalam bentuk batang padat. Pewarna alami dari bunga Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) yang mengandung antosianin pada Rosella menyebabkan bunga Rosella menjadi merah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik mikrobiologi dan organoleptik lipstik lanolin dengan penambahan ekstrak bunga Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) pada konsentrasi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola searah dengan empat perlakuan yaitu, 0%, 20%, 40%, dan 60% taraf pemberian esktrak bunga Rosella. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam atau ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari masing-masing perlakuan dan apabila data menunjukkan perbedaan dengan tingkat signifikan 95% maka dilakukan uji banding berganda Tukey. Hasil menunjukan bahwa lipstik dengan perbedaan persentase penambahan ekstrak bunga Rosella pada formula lipstik lanolin tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap angka lempeng total (ALT) lipstik selama penyimpanan, namun berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) pada uji hedonik dan mutu hedonik parameter warna.
       
      Lipstick as a cosmetic preparation that is used as lip color and enhances aesthetics in make-up is packaged in the form of solid sticks. Natural dyes from Rosella flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) which contain anthocyanins in Rosella cause Rosella flowers to turn red. This study aims to examine the microbiological and organoleptic characteristics of lanolin lipstick with the addition of Rosella flower extract (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) at different concentrations. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with a unidirectional pattern with four treatments, namely, 0%, 20%, 40%, and 60% levels of Rosella flower extract. The data obtained were analyzed for variance or ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) to determine the effect of each treatment and if the data showed a difference with a significant level of 95%, Tukey's multiple comparison test was performed. The results showed that lipstick with a different percentage of Rosella flower extract addition to the lanolin lipstick formula had no significant effect (P>0,05) on lipstick total plate count (TPC) during storage, but had a significant effect (P<0,05) on the hedonic test and hedonic quality of color parameters.
