      Analisis Faktor- Faktor yang Memengaruhi Frekuensi Permintaan Konsumen terhadap Muslim Friendly Hotel di Kabupaten Belitung

      Abstract
      Sejak tahun 2015 Kabupaten Belitung termasuk 10 daerah yang mempunyai destinasi wisata prioritas di Indonesia. Namun, jumlah hotel ramah Muslim masih sangat sedikit jumlahnya dan permintaan akan jasanya tidak terlalu tinggi. Untuk melihat kepuasan konsumen akan jasa layanan Muslim friendly hotel di Kabupaten Belitung, penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis dari konsumen yang berkunjung kembali di hotel yang sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik dan faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi frekuensi permintaan konsumen terhadap Muslim friendly hotel di Kabupaten Belitung. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden didominasi oleh perempuan, sudah menikah, rentang usia 26 hingga 35 tahun, pendidikan terakhir sarjana, pekerjaan sebagai pegawai swasta, lama bekerja kurang dari 5 tahun, pendapatan per bulan pada rentang Rp 3.000.000 – Rp.5.000.000 dan berdomisili Belitung. Faktor pendapatan, religiusitas, kualitas pelayanan, dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap frekuensi permintaan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa layanan hotel ramah Muslim.
       
      Since 2015 Belitung Regency has been included in 10 regions that have priority tourist destinations in Indonesia. However, the number of Muslim-friendly hotels is still low and the demand for their services is not too high. To see consumer satisfaction with the service of Muslim friendly hotels in Belitung Regency, this study analyze the consumers who return to the same hotel. The purpose of this study analyze the factors that influence the frequency of consumer demand for Muslim Friendly Hotels in Belitung Regency. The method used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of the respondents were dominated by women, married, age range from 26 to 35 years, the last education was undergraduate, work as a private employee, working period fewer than 5 years, monthly income in the range of Rp. 3,000,000 - Rp. 5,000. 000 and domiciled in Belitung. Factors of income, religiosity, service quality, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the frequency of consumer demand in using Muslim-friendly hotel services.
