dc.description.abstractGedung Auditorium FEM dibangun pada tahun 2018. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaanya belum mengacu pada peraturan baru yaitu SNI 1726:2019 dan SNI 2847:2019. Maka dari itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian struktur gedung dalam menahan gempa berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019, mengevaluasi kekuatan elemen struktur berdasarkan SNI 2847:2019, dan merekomendasikan perkuatan apabila mengalami overstress. Pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan SAP2000 v.20 berdasarkan as built drawing gedung. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan PCACOL 3.63. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemodelan Gedung Auditorium FEM memenuhi persyaratan pada SNI 1726:2019 berdasarkan parameter partisipasi massa, periode getar struktur, gaya geser dasar, dan simpangan antar lantai. Analisis berdasarkan SNI 2847:2019 belum memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur. Terdapat 29 balok dan 11 kolom mengalami overstress. Rekomendasi perkuatan pada struktur balok dan kolom dilakukan menggunakan metode CFRP.id
dc.description.abstractFEM Convention Hall was built in 2018. This shows that the planning of the upper structure in the FEM Convention Hall has not referred to the new regulations, namely SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. Therefore, the research was conducted to evaluate the suitability of the building structure to withstand earthquakes based on SNI 1726:2019, to evaluate the strength of structural elements based on SNI 2847:2019, and to recommend reinforcement on overstress structures. The modeling is done using SAP2000 v.20 based on the as built drawing of the building. Analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel and PCACOL 3.63. The results of the modeling of the FEM Convention Hall meet the requirements of SNI 1726:2019 based on the mass participation ratio, the natural vibration time, the base shear force, and the story drift. The analysis based on SNI 2847:2019 has not met the structural safety requirements. There are 29 beams and 11 columns experiencing overstress. The structure reinforcement recommendations for beam and column structures are carried out using the CFRP methodid
