Pemodelan Tuberkulosis di Jawa Timur Tahun 2019 dengan Regresi Terboboti Geografis Binomial Negatif
Abstract
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indonesia is the second country with the highest number of tuberculosis. East Java is one of the provinces with the highest number of tuberculosis in Indonesia with 64,311 cases in 2019. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the number of tuberculosis cases in East Java by using a spatial model. This research data was obtained from Health Statistics and Health Profile of East Java Province in 2018 and 2019. The highest tuberculosis rate was in Madiun City with 401 cases per 100,000 population. Urban areas have high tuberculosis rates compared to districts. The number of tuberculosis is count data so the Poisson regression approach is used. East Java tuberculosis data contains overdispersion so that a negative binomial regression model is used. Breusch Pagan test result show that there is a heterogenity effect, so the spatial model used is a geographically weighted negative binomial regression (GWNBR) with AIC value was 414,467. So the GWNBR model was chosen as the best model. The significant coefficient of GWNBR model formed 10 groups. The percentage of proper sanitation and healthy food processing facilities is the variable that has the most influence on the tuberculosis rate in East Java.
