Hubungan Karakteristik Kewirausahaan dengan Keberhasilan Usaha Ikan Patin di Desa Koto Mesjid Kabupaten Kampar

Abstract

Produksi budidaya perikanan air tawar di Kabupaten Kampar terbesar ketiga di Indonesia yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan sebagai sentra ikan patin di Indonesia. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan karakteristik responden usaha ikan patin di Desa Koto Masjid, menganalisis hubungan karakteristik kewirausahaan dengan keberhasilan usahanya. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience. Karakteristik kewirausahaan pada responden adalah percaya diri, berani mengambil risiko, kepemimpinan, disiplin, kerja keras, inovatif, dan mandiri. Atribut keberhasilan usaha terlihat dari peningkatan omzet, peningkatan produksi, dan peningkatan keuntungan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh karakteristik kewirausahaan berkorelasi positif dengan keberhasilan usaha.

The production of freshwater aquaculture in Kampar Regency is the third largest in Indonesia which has been designated by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries as the center of catfish in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the characteristics of the catfish business in Koto Mesjid Village, to analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurship with success. Determination of the sample in this study using a non-probability sampling method with a convenience technique. The entrepreneurial characteristics of the respondents are self-confidence, dare to take risks, leadership, discipline, hard work, innovative, and independent. Attributes of business success can be seen from increased turnover, increased production, and increased profits. The analytical tool used is Spearman Rank correlation. The results of the analysis show that all entrepreneurial characteristics are positively correlated with business success.
