      Abstract
      Kopi Djuang merupakan sebuah kedai kopi yang menjual berbagai minuman kopi dan juga minuman non kopi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi pengunjung Wanita dan pria pada seimbang berada pada rentang usia 17-24 tahun, belum menikah, pelajar/mahasiswa dengan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar kurang dari sama dengan Rp 1 000 000. Berdasarkan analisis CSI tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap atribut Kopi Djuang sebesar 76.13. Berdasarkan analisis IPA terdapat atribut yang perlu diperbaiki yaitu harga yang ditawarkan
       
      Kopi Djuang is a coffee shop that sells a variety of coffee drinks as well as noncoffee drinks. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer characteristics, analyze consumer decision making processes and level of consumer satisfaction. The methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Important Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the proportion of female and male visitors in the balanced age range is in range of 17-24 years, unmarried, students with an average income of less than equal to Rp 1 000 000. Based on CSI analysis of consumer satisfaction level to Djuang Coffee attribute of 76.13. Based on IPA analysis there is attributes that need to be improved is prices offered
