      Evaluasi Usability Aplikasi Mobile KMS Sawit Rakyat Berbasis Participatory

      Abstract
      KMS Sawit adalah aplikasi mobile yang dibuat dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat Indonesia. Evaluasi usability perlu dilakukan terhadap aplikasi ini agar permasalahan yang dialami oleh pengguna pada saat menggunakan aplikasi dapat ditemukan. Pengujian usability pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Concurrent Think Aloud dan System Usability Scale. Dengan pengujian Concurrent Think Aloud maka didapatkan hasil identifikasi masalah yang dialami pengguna pada saat pengujian. Perbaikan pada aplikasi dilakukan berdasarkan hasil rekomendasi perbaikan yang telah didapatkan dari hasil pengujian. Pengujian ulang dilakukan setelah aplikasi diperbaiki dan didapatkan hasil bahwa responden tidak mengalami permasalahan yang serupa. Skor keseluruhan SUS juga mengalami peningkatan pada pengujian ulang yaitu dari 71.667 menjadi 80.625.
       
      KMS Sawit is a mobile application created with the hope of increasing the productivity of Indonesian people's oil palm plantations. Usability evaluation needs to be done on this application so that the problems experienced by users when using the application can be found. Usability testing in this study was conducted using the Concurrent Think Aloud and System Usability Scale methods. With Concurrent Think Aloud testing, the problems experienced by users were obtained during testing. Improvements to the application were made based on recommendations that obtained from the test results. Retesting was carried out after the application was repaired and it was found that the respondents did not experience similar problems. The overall score of SUS also increased on the retest, from 71.667 to 80.625.
