      Abstract
      Usaha kedai kopi di Kota Bogor mengalami perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang signifikan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Resiliensi individu wirausaha dan perilaku inovatif individu wirausaha dianggap memiliki peran dalam meghadapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh resiliensi wirausaha dan perilaku inovatif terhadap perusahaan yang resilien pada usaha kedai kopi di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari 37 responden kedai kopi skala kecil di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel resiliensi wirausaha meningkatkan perilaku inovatif, selanjutnya perilaku inovatif meningkatkan perusahaan yang resilien pada usaha kedai kopi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi wirausaha tidak meningkatkan perusahaan yang resilien pada usaha kedai kopi. Penelitian ini menyarankan supaya wirausaha kedai kopi melakukan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan perilaku inovatif melalui partisipasi aktif di dalam komunitas wirausaha kedai kopi untuk mencapai usaha yang resilien.
       
      Coffee shops in Bogor experienced a significant change in the business environments due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Individual entrepreneurial resilience and innovative behavior are considered to have a role in dealing with it. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial resilience and entrepreneurial innovative behavior on the resilient firms of coffee shops in Bogor. This study used primary data from 37 respondents of small-scale coffee shops in Bogor. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results show that entrepreneurial resilience increases innovative behavior of the coffe shop entrepreneurs, then the innovative behavior increases the resilient firm of the coffee shops. The results also show that entrepreneurial resilience does not increase the resilient firm of the coffee shops. This study implies that coffee shop entrepreneurs in Bogor should actively participate in the community of fellow coffee shops to improve their innovative behavior to achieve a resilient firm.
