      Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Financial Health terhadap Minat Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dalam Menggunakan Layanan Paylater

      Abstract
      Paylater adalah salah satu ragam layanan keuangan yang dikenal sebagai fitur pembayaran dengan mencicil tanpa kartu kredit yang termasuk dalam kategori peer to peer lending, dan di Indonesia jumlah penggunanya mengalami kenaikan penggunaan 50 kali lipat dari tahun sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan financial health terhadap minat pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) menggunakan layanan paylater. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain explanatory. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui survei online dengan penentuan contoh secara convenient sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam studi ini sebanyak 280 pegawai negeri sipil (PNS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan minat menggunakan layanan paylater berada pada kategori rendah, sementara itu tingkat literasi keuangan terkategori sedang dan financial health berada pada kategori financially coping. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada financial health dan minat menggunakan paylater berdasarkan status utang. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada tingkat financial health antar golongan PNS. Penelitian menemukan bahwa golongan PNS berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan paylater, sedangkan jumlah aset, status utang, literasi keuangan, dan financial health berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan paylater.
       
      Paylater service is a type of non-credit card installment method, which categorized as a peer to peer lending, and in Indonesia it shows a massive market growth with the increasing number of usage by 50 times from the previous year. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial health towards the intention of civil servant to use paylater service. The research design is explanatory. The data was collected through online survey. Using a convenient sampling method, about 280 civil servants was involved as the sample. This study found that the level of intention to use paylater service was low, while financial literacy was in a moderate category, and financial health was in the category of financially coping. There was a significant difference between debt status and the intention to use paylater service. This study also examined the differences of financial health between civil servants based on the level of job (Level III and IV), and a significant difference was found between the group. Moreover, this study revealed that the level of job had a significant positive effect toward the intention to use paylater service, while total aset, debt status, financial literacy, and financial health had a significant negative effect toward the intention to use paylater service.
