      Abstract
      UD Ayam Cemara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang peternakan ayam ras petelur. Perubahan lingkungan usaha karena faktor internal maupun eksternal perusahaan, seperti meningkatnya persaingan antar peternakan ayam ras petelur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor–faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang harus diperhatikan UD Ayam Cemara, merumuskan alternatif strategi, serta menentukan prioritas strategi pengembangan usaha yang tepat untuk UD Ayam Cemara. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis IFE dan EFE untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal. Perumusan alternatif strategi pengembangan dibuat dengan menggunakan matriks IE dan SWOT, dan penentuan prioritas strategi pengembangan menggunakan analisis QSPM. Berdasarkan analisis matriks IE, UD Ayam Cemara memiliki kondisi internal sedang dan eksternal kuat yang berada pada sel II (dua) yaitu posisi tumbuh dan membangun. Terdapat enam alternatif strategi yang dirumuskan dari hasil matriks SWOT. Prioritas strategi utama yaitu mengoptimalkan kegiatan pemasaran untuk memperluas pasar di luar kabupaten Tuban dengan melakukan promosi secara online dan offline.
       
      UD Ayam Cemara is a company engaged in the business of layer chicken. There is change in the business environment from internal and external factors such as increased competition between layer chicken farms. The purpose of this research is to analyze internal and external environmental factors that must be considered by UD Ayam Cemara, formulate alternative strategies, and determine priority alternative business development strategies.. The research method uses IFE and EFE analysis to analyze internal and external environment. The alternative development strategies are formulated using IE and SWOT matrix, and the determination of the priority development strategy uses the QSPM analysis. Based on IE matrix analysis, UD Ayam Cemara has medium internal and strong external conditions which were in cell II, which means the position of growth and build. There are six alternative development strategies formulated from the SWOT matrix. The first priority stategy is to optimize marketing activities, to expand markets outside Tuban regency by online and offline promotions.
