      Keefektifan Bioherbisida Campuran Ekstrak Tetracera indica (L) Merr. dan Cyperus rotundus L. untuk Mengendalikan Gulma Pertanaman Kedelai

      Abstract
      Salah satu penyebab penurunan produksi pada budidaya tanaman kedelai adalah gangguan gulma. Saat ini pengendalian gulma banyak dilakukan dengan pengendalian manual dan penggunaan herbisida sintetik. Penggunaan herbisida sintetik secara berulang dan berlebihan dapat menimbulkan risiko terhadap keamanan lingkungan. Bioherbisida berbahan baku ekstrak Tetracera indica dan Cyperus rotundus diharapkan dapat menekan pertumbuhan gulma. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan bioherbisida berbahan campuran ekstrak Tetracera indica (L.) Merr. dan Cyperus rotundus L. untuk mengendalikan gulma pada pertanaman kedelai. Percobaan disusun dalam Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) faktor tunggal dengan tujuh perlakuan yaitu : tanpa penyiangan (P0), ekstrak T. Indica tunggal (P1), ekstrak T. Indica + C. rotundus dosis 45 kg ha-1 + 22,5 kg ha-1 (P2), ekstrak T. Indica + C. rotundus dosis 45 kg ha-1 + 45 kg ha-1 (P3), bahan T. Indica + C. rotundus dosis 22,5 kg ha-1 + 45 kg ha-1 (P4), ekstrak C. rotundus tunggal (P5), penyiangan manual (P6). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi bioherbisida campuran T. indica dan C. rotundus dapat menekan gulma spesies Commelina diffusa dan Alternanthera sessilis (golongan daun lebar) serta spesies Rottboellia exaltata dan Paspalum conjugatum (golongan rumput), namun tidak efektif menekan gulma spesies Cyperus rotundus (golongan teki). Aplikasi bioherbisida campuran dapat menekan gulma lebih baik dibandingkan aplikasi bioherbisida berbahan tunggal. Aplikasi bioherbisida campuran Tetracera indica dan Cyperus rotundus tidak menyebabkan gejala fitotoksisitas terhadap tanaman kedelai.       One of the causes of decreased production in soybean crops is weed disturbance. Nowadays, weed control mostly carried out by manual control and using synthetic herbicides. The use of herbicides that are applied repeatedly and excessively causes damage to environment. Bioherbicides made from Tetracera indica and Cyperus rotundus extracts are expected to control weeds. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of mixed bioherbicide based on the extract of Tetracera indica (L.) Merr. and Cyperus rotundus L. in controlling weeds in soybean crops. The experiment was arranged in a single factor randomized complete block design (RKLT) with seven treatments: without weeding (P0), single T. indica extract (P1), T. indica + C. rotundus dose of 45 kg ha-1 + 22.5 kg ha-1 (P2), T. indica + C. rotundus dose of 45 kg ha-1 + 45 kg ha-1 (P3), T. indica + C. rotundus dose of 22.5 kg ha-1 + 45 kg ha-1 (P4), single C. rotundus extract (P5), manual weeding (P6). The results showed that the application of mixed bioherbicides with T. indica and C. rotundus could suppress Commelina diffusa and Alternanthera sessilis species (broad leaf group), Rottboellia exaltata and Paspalum conjugatum species (grass group), but it was not effective in suppressing Cyperus rotundus (sedges group). The application of mixed bioherbicide could suppress weeds better than the application of single-based bioherbicides. The application of a mixed bioherbicide from Tetracera indica and Cyperus rotundus did not cause phytotoxicity symptoms to soybean plants.
