Abstract

Determines value and predicts price a technology is dificult enough in process of commercialization because invention's character in the form of technology that is not measured quantitatively (intangible). This character complicates process valuation of technology. In its implementation, intellectual property rights center in Indonesia have different way in doing valuation of technology. Based on that technology valuation system of patent-oriented was expected able to assist inventor and intellectual property rights center in assessing and predicts the price of new technology. The objectives of the this research were:(1) to make technology valuation system as input to process commercialization of new technology;(2)to asses new technology that potential to be commercialized;and (3) to give license price prediction for new technology that potential to be commercialized.
