Identifikasi sektor unggulan dan arahan penerapannya untuk peningkatan kinerja pembangunan wilayah di Jawa Barat

Abstract

Industrial sector has become a dominant sector among 9 economic sectors in West Java. It left agricultural sector behind. Such kind of structural transformation posed many development problems. It is therefore important to identif potential sectors that will turn to be the leading sectors to achieve West Java's development goals. Objectives of this research were: (1) measuring development performances of West Java; measuring the correlation between economic development and human welfare; (2) identifying potential sectors in line with West Java's development goals; and (3)giving the direction of potential sectors' development in line wish the general develompent. This study uses an input-output (I-O) model, some development performance indicators, industrial tree diagrams, LQ, SSA, and spatial analysis.
