      Uji Kebergunaan Jarak Jauh dan Perancangan Ulang Modul Pencatatan Kesehatan Pribadi untuk Penyintas Autoimun

      Abstract
      Variabilitas perkembangan gejala harian dan kondisi tubuh penderita autoimun meningkatkan kebutuhan terhadap pencatatan informasi kesehatan pribadi. Uji kebergunaan dibutuhkan untuk dapat memastikan level adopsi modul pencatatan kesehatan pribadi yang tinggi. Peneliti melakukan uji kebergunaan modul ini secara jarak jauh melalui sesi uji yang tidak dimoderasi menggunakan prototipe desain baru yang dirancang ulang berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan pada uji sebelumnya. Ditemukan tugas uji dengan nilai kebergunaan terkecil adalah T2 yaitu merekam gejala. Hasil dari wawancara setelah uji didapatkan informasi kualitatif mengenai permasalahan yang dialami partisipan ketika menjalani uji dan persepsi partisipan sebagai pengguna terhadap desain aplikasi saat menggunakan prototipe. Terakhir dilakukan survei pasca uji dengan menggunakan instrumen uji SUS didapatkan skor kebergunaan sebesar 74. Hasil memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini dan penggalian kebutuhan yang belum dapat terimplementasi yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk pengembangan selanjutnya.
       
      The variability in the development of daily symptoms and the body's condition in autoimmune patients increases the need for recording personal health information. Usability evaluation is needed to ensure a high level of adoption of the personal health record module. We redesign a prototype based on the problems found in previous evaluations and surveys. Then we conduct a remote usability evaluation through an unmoderated test session. Then we conducted an interview and survey to gain more insights into the usability of the application. It was found that the test task with the smallest usability value was T2, namely, recording symptoms. After the test, the results of the interviews obtained qualitative information about the problems experienced by the participants when undergoing the test session and the participant's perceptions as users of the application design when using the prototype. Finally, we conduct a system usability scale survey with a final score of 74. The results provide recommendations for improvements obtained in this study and explore needs that have not been implemented in the new prototype, which can be used as a reference for further development.
