      Abstract
      Perkembangan industri halal saat ini mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat, termasuk pertumbuhan industri makanan dan minuman yang menyasar konsumen muslim. Hal ini didukung oleh peningkatan populasi Muslim di dunia. Kopi merupakan salah satu minuman yang digemari diseluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat yang mengarah pada budaya minum kopi di coffee shop mulai mengalami peningkatan berbanding lurus dengan adanya peningkatan konsumsi kopi di Indonesia. Kalangan masyarakat baik remaja maupun orang dewasa mulai gemar untuk datang ke coffee shop untuk menikmati kopi dan menu coffee shop lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen membeli produk coffee shop berlabel halal di Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen membeli produk coffee shop berlabel halal di Kota Bogor secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas, harga, dan fasilitas.
       
      The development of halal industry is currently experiencing very rapid progress, including the growth of the food and beverage industry which targets Muslim consumers. This is supported by the increasing of Muslim population in the world. Coffee is one of favorite drinks around the world, Indonesia included. People's lifestyle changes that lead to a culture of drinking coffee in coffee shops have begun to increase in parallel with the increase in coffee consumption in Indonesia. The community, both teenagers and adults, is starting interested in to come to the coffee shop to enjoy coffee and other coffee shop’s menus. The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that affecting consumers’s decisions to buy halal labeled coffee shop products in Bogor City. This research used descriptive analysis and logistic regression analysis methods. The results show that the factors that significantly affect consumer decisions to buy halal labeled coffee shop products in Bogor City are religiosity, price, and facilities.
