      Abstract

Forest and land fires (karhutla) produce haze which contains various pollutants such as CO and CO2. Exposure to these pollutants has had negative implications for the public health surrounding the incident in the form of various acute respiratory infections (ARI). Minimizing the negative impact due to the haze of forest and land fires in the future is an action that needs to be done. This study aims to develop a simulation module with online hotspot data in a haze trajectory pattern mining web application. The trajectory simulation module was built with the Shiny framework and the HYSPLIT model. The trajectory is formed with several inputs in the form of hotspot data from the API catalog of Pustekdata Lapan and meteorological data from NOAA. Module development was carried out by building functions according to online data processing. Then the simulation results are presented in an Indonesian leaflet map. The results of this study are mapping of hotspots or haze trajectories along with spatial and temporal information, both are presented in clickable popups or tables. The results of this module can assist analyzing haze movement effectively.
