      Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Dawoon Tea Babakan Tengah Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      Dawoon Tea Babakan Tengah adalah perusahaan yang menjual minuman cepat saji berbahan dasar teh dengan citarasa kekinian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square dan Customer Satisfaction Index. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas konsumen Dawoon Tea Bateng merupakan perempuan berusia 20-22 tahun, belum menikah, bekerja sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa dengan penghasilan Rp1.000.000–Rp1.999.999. Bauran pemasaran yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah bauran produk, harga dan tempat. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen Dawoon Tea Bateng berada pada kategori ”sangat puas” dengan nilai 81,86 %.
       
      Dawoon Tea Babakan Tengah is a company that sells tea-based fast drinks with contemporary flavors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of consumers, the effect of the marketing mix on customer satisfaction and the level of customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Square approach and the Customer Satisfaction Index. The results showed that the majority of Dawoon Tea Bateng consumers were women aged 20-22 years, unmarried, working as students with an income of Rp1.000.000 - Rp1.999999. The marketing mix that has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction is the product, price and place. The consumer satisfaction level of Dawoon Tea Bateng is in the "very satisfied" category with a value of 81.86 percent.
