Abstract

RAHAYU SEPTIAN WULANDARI. Analisis Daya Saing dan Faktor- Faktor yang Memengaruhi Ekspor Arang Tempurung Kelapa Indonesia ke Negara Tujuan Utama. Dibimbing oleh WIWIEK RINDAYATI. Arang tempurung kelapa merupakan salah satu komoditi yang berpotensi untuk meningkatkan ekspor Indonesia dan PDB Indonesia. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis daya saing dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi permintaan ekspor arang tempurung kelapa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dengan periode tahun 2010-2019 metode yang digunakan adalah RCA dan EPD. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa arang tempurung kelapa Indonesia memiliki daya saing kompetitif yang kuat di negara tujuan utama ekspor. Dinamika ekspor yang dimiliki arang tempurung kelapa Indonesia berada di posisi Rising Star yaitu pada negara Lebanon, posisi Falling Star berada di negara Saudi Arabia, Turkey dan Netherland, Posisi Lost Opportunity berada di negara China dan posisi Retreat berada di dua negara tujuan utama yaitu Korea dan Japan. Regresi data panel menunjukan bahwa variabel GDP rill Indonesia, jarak ekonomi dan LPI Indonesia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ekspor arang tempurung kelapa dan variabel GDP perkapita negara tujuan, harga ekspor dan nilai tukar riil berpengaruh negative dan signifikan.

Coconut shell charcoal is one of the commodities that has the potential to increase Indonesia's exports and Indonesia's GDP. The purpose of this research is to analyze the competitiveness and factors that influence the demand export of coconut shell charcoal. This study uses panel data with the period 2010-2019 the methods used are RCA and EPD. The results of this study indicate that Indonesian coconut shell charcoal has a strong competitive edge in the main export destination countries. The export dynamics of Indonesian coconut shell charcoal is in the Rising Star position, namely in Lebanon, the Falling Star position is in Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the Netherlands, the Lost Opportunity position is in China and the Retreat position is in the two main destination countries, namely Korea and Japan. Panel data regression shows that the variables of Indonesia's real GDP, economic distance and Indonesia's LPI have a significant positive effect on coconut shell charcoal exports and the GDP per capita variable of destination countries, export prices and real exchange rates have a negative and significant effect.
