      Pengaruh Stres, Dukungan Sosial, dan Pengelolaan Emosi terhadap Praktik Pengasuhan pada Ibu dengan Anak Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) dan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

      Abstract
      Kehadiran anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) seringkali menjadi sumber stres tersendiri bagi orang tua terutama dalam proses pengasuhan. Praktik pengasuhan merupakan perilaku spesifik pengasuhan anak yang berorientasi pada tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres, dukungan sosial, dan pengelolaan emosi terhadap praktik pengasuhan pada ibu dengan Anak Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) dan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dengan metode self-administered menggunakan kuesioner online. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan purposive sampling secara voluntir. Hasil uji beda menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan antara tingkat stres, dukungan sosial, pengelolaan emosi dan praktik pengasuhan pada ibu dengan Anak Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) dan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa stres pengasuhan, dukungan sosial, pengelolaan emosi berhubungan signifikan dengan praktik pengasuhan. Selain itu, uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa stres pengasuhan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap praktik pengasuhan positif dan stres pengasuhan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap praktik pengasuhan negatif. The presence of children with special needs (ABK) is often a source of stress for parents, especially in the process of parenting. Parenting practices are define as specific goal-oriented childcare behaviors. This study aimed to analyze the impacts of stress, social support, and self compassion on parenting practices among mothers of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and mothers of a child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This study was a cross sectional study with a self-administered method using online survey. Data was voluntarily collected by purposive sampling. Results showed there was no significant difference on stress, social support, self compassion and parenting practices between mothers of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and mothers of a child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Parental stress, social support, and self compassion were significantly associated with parenting practices. Multiple linear regression test showed that parenting stress had a negative significant effect on positive parenting practices and parenting stress had a positive significant effect on negative parenting practices.
