      Peran Keterlekatan Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Organisasi PT Archroma Indonesia

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran keterlekatan karyawan ditinjau dari dua sudut pandang, yaitu keterlekatan kerja dan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Archroma Indonesia sejak bulan Juni 2020 sampai bulan Juli 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 121 karyawan yang terdiri dari tiga jenjang jabatan yaitu Manager, White Collar, dan Blue Collar, dengan jumlah sampel target sebanyak 93 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode kuota sampling. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada populasi, namun hanya 86 responden yang mengisi dan mengembalikan kuesioner. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square of Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlekatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Berikutnya, keterlekatan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Terakhir, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk mengkaji keterkaitan dengan variabel lain seperti beban kerja, work-life balance, dan penerapan sistem manajemen terintegrasi yang diyakini dapat memberikan pandangan yang komprehensif terkait keterlekatan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja organisasi.
       
      The purpose of this research was to analyze the role of employee engagement from the perspective of job and organization engagements on job satisfaction and its effect on organizational performance. This research conducted at PT Archroma Indonesia from June 2020 to July 2020. The population in this study approximately 121 employees consisting of three job levels: Manager, White Collar, and Blue Collar. A target sample determined approximately 93 employees. Sampling using a non-probability sampling approach with a quota sampling method. The questionnaire distributed to the population, but only 86 respondents filled out and returned the questionnaire. Method of hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square of Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results suggested that job engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on organizational performance. Next, organization engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but does not have a significant effect on organizational performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive effect and significantly influences organizational performance. For future research, it is advisable to examine the relations other variables such as workload, work-life balance, and implementation of an integrated management system, which believed, can provide a comprehensive view related to employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational performance.
