      Estimasi Debit Puncak DAS Ciliwung Hulu

      Abstract
      Debit puncak aliran sungai Ciliwung Hulu merupakan informasi yang sangat penting dalam perencanaan struktur pengendali banjir dalam periode ulang tertentu. Namun, Stasiun Pengamat Arus Sungai (SPAS) sebagai sarana pengukur tidak tersedia pada setiap Sub DAS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji akurasi Model Rasional untuk memprediksi debit puncak dan melakukan pendugaan debit puncak pada tiap Sub DAS Ciliwung Hulu. Pendugaan debit puncak dilakukan dengan metode Rasional menggunakan distribusi Gumbel dan Log Pearson tipe III. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan metode Rasional memiliki akurasi pendugaan baik dalam periode ulang T1 hingga T10 tahun yaitu R2 = 0,98; NSE = 0,14 pada distribusi Gumbel dan R2 = 0,99; NSE = 0,86 pada distribusi Log Pearson tipe III. Selanjutnya model Rasional dengan distribusi Log Pearson tipe III dipilih sebagai prediksi debit puncak dalam periode ulang T1 hingga T10, T25, T50 dan T100 tahun pada tujuh Sub DAS Ciliwung Hulu, yaitu Sub DAS Cibalok, Ciesek, Ciliwung Hulu, Cisarua, Ciseuseupan, Cisukabiru, dan Cisuren. Berdasarkan pendugaan dengan metode Rational, nilai debit puncak terendah pada periode ulang 1 tahun terjadi di Sub DAS Ciesek yaitu sebesar 2,04 m3/detik dan tertinggi terjadi di Sub DAS Ciliwung Hulu yaitu sebesar 20,32 m³/detik .
       
      The peak discharge of the Upper Ciliwung River is very important for flood control planning structure in a certain return period. However, The River Flow Observation Station (RFOS) as a measuring tool is not available in every Upper Ciliwung Sub watershed. The objectives of this research are to assess the accuracy of Rational method in estimating the peak discharge and to estimate the peak discharge in each Sub watershed. The peak discharge was estimated using Rational method with Gumbel and Log Pearson type III distribution. The result showed that Rational method has a very good estimation accuracy within return period T1 until T10 which are R2 = 0,98; NSE = 0,14 for Gumbel and R2 = 0,99; NSE = 0,86 for Log Pearson type III. Furthermore, the Rational model with Log Pearson type III distribution is choosen to estimate the peak discharge within return period T1 until T10, T25, T50, and T100 in the seven Upper Ciliwung Watershed, which are Cibalok, Ciesek, Ciliwung Hulu, Cisarua, Ciseuseupan, Cisukabiru, and Cisuren Sub Watershed. Based on the peak discharge estimation using Rational method, the lowest value was within return period 1 year which is 2,04 m3/s in Ciesek Sub Watershed and the highest value was within return periode 100 year which is 97,11 m3/s in Upper Ciliwung Sub Watershed.
