      Abstract
      Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) mengungkapkan bahwa dana zakat yang terhimpun di Indonesia sebesar Rp8.1 triliun atau sebesar 3.46% dari potensi zakat nasional sebesar Rp233.84 triliun rupiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik responden muzaki Kota Bandung yang berzakat online dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi preferensi muzaki Kota Bandung dalam berzakat online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menjawab pertanyaan karakteristik responden muzakki Kota Bandung dan metode regresi logistik digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi preferensi muzakki Kota Bandung dalam berzakat online. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik, variabel independen yang signifikan memengaruhi preferensi muzakki Kota Bandung dalam berzakat online adalah variabel pengetahuan zakat online, pendapatan, dan usia. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan bagi pemerintah, badan dan lembaga amil zakat dalam menentukan kebijakan untuk usaha dalam meningkatkan penghimpunan dana zakat, seperti halnya kebijakan yang menyasar generasi mileneal.
       
      The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) revealed that zakat funds collected in Indonesia amounted to Rp8.1 trillion or 3.46% of the national zakat potential which in Rp233.84 trillion. This research aims to identify the characteristics of Bandung city muzaki respondents who are doing online zakat and analyze the factors that influence the preferences of the Bandung muzaki in online zakat. This research uses a descriptive method to answer questions on the respondent characteristics of the Bandung City muzakki and the logistic regression method is used to answer the questions about the factors that influence the preferences of the Bandung muzakki in online zakat. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis, the independent variables that significantly influence the preferences of the Bandung city muzakki in online zakat are the variables of online zakat knowledge, income, and age. The result of this research can be used by goverments, agencies and amil zakat institutions in determining policies as efforts to increase zakat fund collection, as well as policies targeting the millennial generation.
