      Pengaruh Periode Pembaharuan Luka terhadap Produktivitas Oleoresin Pinus Hasil Uji Keturunan di KPH Banyumas Barat

      Abstract
      Perum Perhutani mengembangkan perbanyakan pinus bocor getah melalui uji keturunan dan akan memasuki masa sadap buka, oleh karena itu perlu berbagai data dan informasi terkait dengan produksi oleoresin pinus bocor getah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung rata-rata produktivitas oleoresin pinus, menganalisa pengaruh periode pembaharuan luka terhadap produksi oleoresinnya, serta menentukan periode pembaharuan luka terbaik pada pohon pinus bocor getah sub galur KBS Sempolan dan KBS Baturraden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode bor dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 3 yaitu periode pembaharuan luka 3 hari dan 5 hari, dan sub galur KBS Sempolan, KBS Baturraden, dan pohon pinus reguler sebagai kontrol. Rata-rata produktivitas oleoresin pinus kontrol, KBS Sempolan, dan KBS Baturraden pada periode pembaharuan luka 3 hari berturut-turut adalah 3,845 gram/lubang, 6,881 gram/lubang, dan 6,295 gram/lubang, sedangkan pada periode pembaharuan luka 5 hari adalah 5,136 gram/lubang, 8,727 gram/lubang, dan 6,778 gram/lubang. Periode pembaharuan luka yang terbaik untuk ketiga sub galur adalah 5 hari, dan sub galur yang menghasilkan oleoresin terbanyak adalah sub galur KBS Sempolan.
       
      Perum Perhutani developed the high resin yielder pine tree through decent tests and it will enter its tapping period so that it needs various data and information related to the oleoresin production of high resin yielder pine tree. This research aims to calculate the average productivity of pine oleoresin, to analyze the effect of the tapping period on the production of oleoresin, and to determine the best tapping period in the high resin yielder pine tree from the sub-lines of KBS Sempolan and KBS Baturraden. This research uses a drill method and a 2 x 3 factorial design, which is 3-days and 5-days of tapping period, and the types of sub-lines is KBS Sempolan, KBS Baturraden, and regular pine tree as a control. The average productivity of control, KBS Sempolan, and KBS Baturraden at the 3-days tapping period is 3,845 gram/hole, 6,881 gram/hole, and 6,295 gram/hole, while at the 5-days tapping period is 5,136 gram/hole, 8,727 gram/hole, and 6,778 gram/hole. The best tapping period for the three types of sub-lines is 5-days, and the sub-line that produced the most oleoresin is the KBS Sempolan.
