Streptococcus agalactiae is a pathogen, which the infection by these bacteria can be spread to livestock. The infection in livestock correlates with the use of antibiotics to cure or prevent the infections. This research aims to determine the sensitivity of S. agalactiae to the antibiotics: erythromisin, tetracycline, cefepime, ampicylin, nalidixid acid, azitromycin, and clindamycin. This research was conducted through isolation on agar and disk diffusion test. The result of this research showed that our S. agalactiae isolates are resistant to cefepime and nalidixid acid.
