Abstract

This research goals is: 1) Knowing pattern of communications of member KWT, 2) Knowing factors influencing pattern of communications of member KWT, 3) Knowing mount technological adoption of DPG by member KWT, 4) Behavioral Knowing relation of communications with technological adoption storey level of DPG. This research conducted at two group of woman of farmer of executor of field school diversified food and gizi. Groups selected in purposif with consideration of exsistensi and continuity of group activity. All popula tion of group member become responder with independent variable of is caracteristic personal, communications network, and as dependent variable of technological adoption of DPG. Result from this research is the following: 1) communications Pattern of exist in organization chart of KWT in District Pundong take place two direction that is the from the top of ( Leader) downwards (Member) conversely, whereabout communications about activity, technological, and the other message (arisan, packet division, recreation) good execute at level core management, while communications usher members of more amount concerning other message 2) factors influencing pattern of communications of member KWT is education, experience farm, cosmopolitan, knowledge about DPG, and domicile member (membership) in group, 3) mount technological adoption of DPG by member KWT still lower (adopting less than 4 technological element innovate DPG) because of since: a) expensive price of technological innovation input of DPG (seed, pesticide, manure), b) not yet owned definitive market or remain to, and c) not yet had an affair with used old technology, 4) communicated aspects and factors fastening group solidarity a lot of which not go together technological innovation of DPG, to result make an index to connection and make an index to solidarity in order to technological adoption innovation of DPG Low so that unable to improve storeylevel adopt technological innovation of DPG of member KWT.
