In the period of weaning, twin born lambs with low birth weight are more susceptible to environmental temperature and pathogenic infection. This study was design to evaluate the performance of weaned twin lambs offered diet supplemented with Co and rumen bacteria consortium during pre-weaning period. Eight of three months-old of twin garut lambs were selected for this study. Data were analyzed according to t-test student. Treatments consisted of: 1). Control diet and 2) diets supplemented with Co + rumen bacteria consortium (CoBac) during pre-weaning period. Result showed that as feed and dry matter intake of post-weaning twin lambs significant (P<0.01) to gain with equation was y = -583.4 + 92.83x; r2 = 0.77 and y = -244.5 + 47.85x; r² = 0.67. The gain (P<0.01) accord with age of post-weaning twin lambs with y = 0.056x + 5.788; r² = 0.352. There were no significant in nutrient intake, digested nutrient and average daily gain of post-weaning twin lambs. Supplemented Co + rumen bacteria consortium could not improved performance of post-weaning twin garut lambs.en
