dc.description.abstractTea is an export oriented commodity with 7 % market share. lndonesia is in the 5th position in the tea production but domestic consumption is less than the other producers. This research studies about supply and demand of raw tea and processed tea, by constructing a structural equation econometric model by 2 sls method. The result of the research shows that supply and demand of processed tea is more responsive than the supply and demand of tea. The global market changes make more impact on the changes of the welth of plant producers, processed tea producers, and consumers.id
