dc.description.abstractPT Telekomunikasi Selular, perusahaan telekomunikasi terdepan di Indonesia, memiliki sumber daya manusia yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia salah satunya peserta magang aktif maupun alumni. Namun, belum tersedia wadah khusus yang memungkinkan para peserta magang terutama alumni untuk mempertahankan komunikasi dan hubungan jangka panjang dengan perusahaan. Menanggapi persoalan tersebut, perusahaan merancang upaya strategis dengan membuat komunitas alumni peserta. Penelitian ini berfokus menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh community engagement dalam proses pembentukan komunitas alumni peserta magang di PT Telekomunikasi Selular. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembentukan komunitas terbentuk secara sistematis berdasarkan analisis dengan teori Cangara. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi PT Telekomunikasi Selular maupun pembaca dalam membentuk suatu komunitas serupa dengan menggunakan strategi komunikasi yang sistematis guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembentukan komunitas.-
dc.description.abstractPT Telekomunikasi Selular, Indonesia's leading telecommunications company, has a broad network of human resources spread across the country, including active interns and alumni. However, there has been no specific platform to facilitate sustained communication and long-term relationships between alumni and the company. In response to this issue, the company developed a strategic initiative to establish an alumni intern community.This study focuses on analyzing the communication strategy implemented by the community engagement in initiating the alumni intern community at PT Telekomunikasi Selular. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, using methods such as observation, interviews, and literature review. The results indicate that the community initiation process was starategicly executed based on analysis using Cangara’s theory. This study is expected as a reference for PT Telekomunikasi Selular and readers in establishing similar communities by applying a systematic communication strategy to enhance the effectiveness of community initiation.-
