| Abstract: | Pengembangan kacang merah masih terkendala oleh ketersediaan benih bermutu dan rendahnya daya simpan. Peningkatan produksi dan mutu benih dapat diupayakan melalui pemupukan yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari respons lanras kacang merah terhadap komponen hasil dan mutu benih dengan beberapa kombinasi pupuk NPK dan penambahan pupuk P. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan IPB Pasir Kuda, Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Benih, serta Laboratorium Mikroteknik pada bulan Oktober 2024 sampai April 2025. Rancangan yang digunakan yaitu Split Plot RKLT. Faktor pertama sebagai petak utama adalah kombinasi pupuk NPK dan penambahan pupuk P. Faktor kedua sebagai anak petak adalah lanras kacang merah. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap komponen produksi dan mutu benih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kombinasi pemupukan NPK 250 kg ha-1 +SP-36 22 kg ha-1 menghasilkan benih bernas (1017,5 g per petak) lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan NPK 250 kg ha-1 (796,2 g per petak). Lanras Garut menunjukkan vigor daya simpan lebih tinggi dibandingkan lanras Temanggung ditandai dengan nilai DHL yang lebih rendah. Terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan lanras dengan pemupukan terhadap bobot 100 butir. Lanras Garut memiliki ukuran benih yang lebih kecil dibandingkan lanras Temanggung. The availability of quality seeds and low storability constrain the development of kidney beans in Indonesia. Increased production and seed quality can be achieved through appropriate fertilization. This research aims to study the response of red bean landraces to yield components and seed quality with several combinations of NPK fertilizer and the addition of P fertilizer. The research was conducted at IPB Pasir Kuda Experimental Farm, Seed Science and Technology Laboratory, and Microtechnical Laboratory from October 2024 to April 2025. The design used was Split Plot RKLT. The first factor, as the main plot, was the combination of NPK fertilizer and adding P fertilizer. The second factor, as the subplot, was the red bean landraces. Observations were made on production components and seed quality. The results showed that the combination of NPK fertilization NPK 250 kg ha-1+SP-36 22 kg ha-1 produced higher seeds (1017,5 g per plot) than the NPK 250 kg ha-1 treatment (796,2 g per plot). Garut landraces showed higher storage vigor than the Temanggung landraces, characterized by a lower DHL value. There was an interaction between the landraces treatment and fertilization on 100-grain weight. The Garut landraces has a smaller seed size than the Temanggung landraces. |
