dc.description.abstractPermintaan akan produk olahan susu yang higienis dan bergizi semakin meningkat seiring dengan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup sehat. Usaha susu pasteurisasi rumahan menjadi salah satu alternatif yang potensial dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, khususnya di tingkat lokal. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha susu pasteurisasi di Suka Yoghurt, sebuah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan susu sapi segar di Kawasan Cigugur, Kabupaten Kuningan. Analisis usaha dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara langsung dengan pelaku usaha, dan telaah literatur terkini (2020-2025) mengenai pasteurisasi susu, kewirausahaan dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Suka Yoghurt telah menerapkan proses pasteurisasi sederhana dengan peralatan rumah tangga, menghasilkan produk yang aman dikonsumsi dan bernilai jual. Dalam aspek pemasaran, produk dipasarkan secara langsung dan melalui sosial media dengan sasaran konsumen lokal. Usaha ini tergolong efisien dengan modal yang terjangkau dan keuntungan yang stabil.-
dc.description.abstractThe demand for hygienic and nutritious dairy products continues to increase along with growing public awareness of a healthy lifestyle. Home based pasteurized milk businesses have become a potential alternative to meet this need, especially at the local level. This report aims to analyze the pasteurized milk business at Suka Yoghurt, an UMKM engaged in processing fresh cow’s milk in the Cigugur area, Kuningan Regency. The business analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach through field observations, direct interviews with the business owner, and a review of recent literature (2020-2025) related to milk pasteurization, entrepreneurship, and marketing strategies. The analysis show that Suka Yoghurt has implemented a simple pasteurization process using household equipment, resulting in a product that is safe for consumption and has selling value. In terms of marketing, the products are sold directly and through social media, targeting local consumers. The business is considered efficient with affordable capital and stable profits.-
