| Abstract: | Masalah pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia dan peningkatan kebutuhan pakan
alternatif ditengah kelangkaan pakan komersil menunjukkan potensi besar dalam
industri pengolahan biokonversi sampah organik menjadi maggot. PT Bumi Tanpa
Sampah sebagai perusahaan yang memfokuskan pada pengolahan sampah dari pasar
yang merupakan salah satu penyumbang sampah organik terbesar. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal lingkungan PT Bumi
Tanpa Sampah menggunakan matriks IFE dan EFE, SWOT dalam merumuskan
alternatif strategi, menentukan prioritas strategi melalui QSPM, dan merancang Triple
Layered Business Model Canvas untuk mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan
lingkungan dalam model bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perusahaan berada pada
posisi grow and build dengan fokus strategi pada peningkatan kualitas produk,
optimalisasi teknologi, dan pengembangan produk turunan. Prioritas strategi ini
kemudian dipetakan pada TLBMC baru dari PT Bumi Tanpa Sampah yang
mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis.

Business Model Canvas, Waste Management Indonesia's waste management problems and the increasing need for alternative feed amidst the scarcity of commercial feed show great potential in the bioconversion processing industry of organic waste into maggots. PT Bumi Tanpa Sampah is a company that focuses on processing waste from the market, which is one of the largest contributors to organic waste. This study aims to identify the internal and external environmental factors of PT Bumi Tanpa Sampah using the IFE and EFE matrix, SWOT in formulating strategy alternatives, determining strategy priorities through QSPM, and designing the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas to integrate economic, social, and environmental aspects in the business model. The results showed that the company is in a grow and build position with a strategic focus on improving product quality, optimizing technology, and developing derivative products. These strategic priorities are then mapped to the new TLBMC of PT Bumi Tanpa Sampah that supports business sustainability.
