| dc.description.abstract | PT Bogor Sari Nutrisi merupakan usaha mikro yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan susu, dengan yoghurt sebagai salah satu produknya. Dalam proses operasionalnya PT BSN mengalami kendala dalam memperkirakan jumlah yoghurt yang harus diproduksi. Kondisi overstock sering kali dihadapi sehingga mengakibatkan tidak optimalnya biaya operasional yang dikeluarkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan teknik peramalan permintaan dan strategi perencanaan agregat yang tepat guna mengoptimalkan proses produksi yoghurt pada PT BSN. Teknik peramalan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu moving average, linear regression, dan holt winters exponential smoothing, sementara strategi perencanaan agregat yang digunakan, yaitu chase strategy, level strategy, dan mixed strategy. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan bahwa teknik terbaik untuk meramalkan permintaan yoghurt adalah teknik holt winters exponential smoothing dengan nilai kesalahan peramalan MSE sebesar 23906,4, MAD sebesar 123,4, dan MAPE sebesar 10,1. Nilai kesalahan peramalan tersebut merupakan nilai kesalahan peramalan paling kecil dibandingkan kedua teknik lainnya. Berdasarkan perhitungan biaya agregat diketahui bahwa strategi terbaik yang dapat diterapkan untuk menghasilkan biaya agregat terendah adalah mixed strategy dengan total biaya sebesar Rp461.024.060. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | PT Bogor Sari Nutrisi is a micro-enterprise engaged in milk processing, with yogurt as one of its main products. In its operational processes, PT BSN faces challenges in estimating the quantity of yogurt that needs to be produced. The company often experiences overstock conditions, which result in suboptimal operational costs. Based on these issues, this study aims to identify the most suitable demand forecasting technique and aggregate planning strategy to optimize the yogurt production process at PT BSN. This study used forecasting techniques such as moving average, linear regression, and Holt-Winters exponential smoothing, while the aggregate planning strategies examined were chase strategy, level strategy, and mixed strategy. The forecasting results indicated that the best technique for predicting yogurt demand is the Holt-Winters exponential smoothing method, with forecasting error values of MSE at 23,906.4, MAD at 123.4, and MAPE at 10.1. These error values are the smallest compared to the other two techniques. Furthermore, based on aggregate cost calculations, the best strategy to achieve the lowest aggregate cost is the mixed strategy, with a total cost of IDR 461,024,060. | - |
