Abstract: Pertumbuhan konsumsi produk akuatik terutama ikan, menunjukkan potensi untuk pengembangan produk olahan seperti ikan petek dari Danau Cirata. Sipetek adalah salah satu produk olahan ikan dan makanan praktis yang memanfaatkan potensi komoditas lokal. Strategi pemasaran inovatif yang dilakukan Sipetek, termasuk live streaming di TikTok telah membantu meningkatkan branding dan jumlah pengikut akun @cerita.sipetek. Live Streaming tidak hanya memungkinkan interaksi langsung dengan konsumen, tetapi juga menyediakan platform yang efisien untuk promosi produk. Promosi penjualan seperti potongan harga, voucher diskon, dan paket bundling dapat merangsang puchase intention. Online customer review dengan volume, keseimbangan, penyebaran, serta panjang dan urutan ulasan, berpengaruh terhadap persepsi konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh live streaming, promosi penjualan, online customer review terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS untuk pengolahan data dengan melibatkan 135 responden. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah live streaming, promosi penjualan, dan online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention.
The growth in consumption of aquatic products, especially fish, shows the potential for the development of processed products such as petek fish from Cirata Lake. Sipetek is one of the processed fish and convenience food products that utilizes the potential of local commodities. Sipetek's innovative marketing strategies include live streaming on the TikTok application which has helped increase branding and the number of followers of the TikTok account @cerita.sipetek. Live streaming not only allows direct interaction with consumers, but also provides an efficient platform for product promotion. Sales promotions such as rebates, discount vouchers, and bundling packages can stimulate purchase intention. Online customer reviews with volume, balance, distribution, and length and order of reviews, have an effect on consumer perceptions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of live streaming, sales promotion, online customer reviews on purchase intention. This study uses descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS for data processing involving 135 respondents. The results obtained are live streaming, sales promotion, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.
