Abstract: Kawasan wisata alam sering kali memiliki potensi bencana alam yang dapat mengancam keselamatan pengunjung, seperti longsor, gempa bumi, dan banjir.
Natural tourism areas often have the potential for natural disasters that can threaten the safety of visitors, such as landslides, earthquakes, and floods. Peatlands are important natural ecosystems with high value for biodiversity conservation, climate regulation, and human welfare. The uniqueness of the ecosystem and the ability of peat areas to regulate climate are due to differences in climate and biogeography. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive analysis method to obtain a description and ecological character of the peat area, the potential for ecotourism objects and attractions in the form of flora, fauna and habitats and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used to assess urban community support for area planning. The results of the study indicate that the Telaga Village Forest area has good potential for tourist attractions. Expert support for the area's natural tourism planning plan is supported by preferences in the form of an ecotourism development plan based on ecological and community balance.
