Faktor risiko hipertensi yaitu riwayat hipertensi keluarga (OR=9,8, 95% CI 2,9-33,4) dan status gizi (OR= 11,1, 95% CI 3,1-39,4). Hypertension is a condition of chronic and long-term increase in blood pressure that causes organ damage. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship between risky food consumption, physical activity and nutritional status with hypertension in patients at the IPB clinic. Assessment of risky food consumption was carried out using the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) method, nutritional status was measured by direct measurement, and physical activity was measured by the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ). This study used a case control study design and involved 80 subjects. Most subjects (88%) were aged 19-24 years. Subjects had a family history of hypertension in the hypertension group (75%) and normal (30%), normal nutritional status in the hypertension group (32.5%) and normal (60%), moderate physical activity in the hypertension group (60%) and normal (40%). There was a significant difference in the consumption of risky foods in the salty food, fatty food, preserved food and noodle/instant food groups, namely someone with a higher frequency of consuming these foods tended to be hypertensive. Risk factors for hypertension are family history of hypertension (OR=9.8, 95% CI 2.9-33.4) and nutritional status (OR= 11.1, 95% CI 3.1-39.4). |
