Abstract: Pengolahan daging ayam di Oemah Sambel Ibu Saminah Kabupaten Bogor terus berkembang pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan produk ayam olahan di indonesia disebabkan tingginya konsumsi masyarakat yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari analisis lingkungan usaha, proses produksi, strategi pemasaran, serta menilai kelayakan usaha pengolahan ayam di Oemah Sambel Ibu Saminah Kabupaten Bogor. Metode analisis mencakup analisis deskriptif serta alat evaluasi seperti Road Map, PDCA, SWOT, BMC, dan STP. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa selama 3 bulan menghasilkan total biaya produksi dan operasional sebesar Rp. 298.249.824,65. Total penerimaan mencapai Rp. 240.184.000, dengan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp. 41.934.174,35. BEP masing-masing produk ayam goreng, ayam geprek, ayam bakar, dan ayam bakar utuh yaitu 1.482 pcs, 2.900 pcs, 3.117 pcs, dan 579 pcs, dengan BEP harga masing-masing Rp. 16.077, Rp. 15.685, Rp. 18.037, dan Rp. 45.582. R/C ratio tercatat 1,211. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha pengolahan daging ayam di Oemah Sambel Ibu Saminah layak dilanjutkan karena R/C ratio positif dan BEP menunjukkan potensi keuntungan yang baik.
The chicken processing at Oemah Sambel Ibu Saminah in Bogor Regency is rapidly growing due to the increasing demand for processed chicken products in Indonesia, driven by the rising consumption each year. This final report aims to study the analysis of the business environment, production process, marketing strategies, and assess the feasibility of the chicken processing business at Oemah Sambel Ibu Saminah. The analysis methods include descriptive analysis and evaluation tools such as Road Map, PDCA, SWOT, BMC, and STP. The analysis results show that over 3 months, the total production and operational costs amounted to Rp. 298,249,824.65. Total revenue reached Rp. 240,184,000, with a net income of Rp. 41,934,174.35. The BEP for each product fried chicken, chicken geprek, grilled chicken, and whole grilled chickenare 1,482 pcs, 2,900 pcs, 3,117 pcs, and 579 pcs, with BEP prices of Rp. 16,077, Rp. 15,685, Rp. 18,037, and Rp. 45,582, respectively. The R/C ratio is recorded at 1.211. These result indicates that the chicken processing business at Oemah Sambel Ibu Saminah is feasible to continue due to the positive R/C ratio and BEP showing good profit potential.
