dc.description.abstractLIA KARTIKA. Monitoring Pelaksanaan Pangkas Lepas Panen Kopi Arabika (Coffea arabica L.) Terhadap Produksi di Kebun Coffee Java Estate Bondowoso Jawa Timur. Dibimbing oleh SOFYAN ZAMAN Indonesia merupakan salah satu penghasil kopi terkemuka di dunia, dua jenis kopi utama yang diperdagangkan secara luas, yaitu kopi Arabika dan Robusta. Kopi Arabika dikenal dengan kualitas rasa yang tinggi dan kafein yang lebih rendah, serta ditanam di dataran tinggi dengan ketinggian 1.000-2.100 meter di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh monitoring pemangkasan lepas panen (PLP) terhadap estimasi dan realisasi produksi kopi Arabika di PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII, Kebun Java Estate Bondowoso, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data pemangkasan tahun 2022 dan produksi tahun 2023, serta analisis regresi linier dengan uji normalitas dan uji multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemangkasan yang dilakukan, baik ringan, sedang, maupun berat, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil panen perdana tahun 2023. Namun, realisasi pemangkasan tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan rencana akibat berbagai faktor seperti cuaca, kesehatan tanaman, dan ketersediaan tenaga kerja. Meskipun demikian, pemangkasan yang dilakukan terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi kopi, dan pentingnya monitoring yang cermat dalam menjaga kualitas serta keberlanjutan produksi kopi Arabika.-
dc.description.abstractLIA KARTIKA. The Influence of Pruning Techniques on Arabica Coffee (Coffea arabica L.) Production in the Java Coffee Estate Garden. Supervised by SOFYAN ZAMAN Indonesia is one of the leading coffee producers in the world, two main types of coffee that are widely traded, namely Arabica and Robusta coffee. Arabica coffee is known for its high quality taste and lower caffeine, and is grown in the highlands at an altitude of 1,000-2,100 meters above sea level. Research aims to evaluate the effect of post-harvest pruning (PLP) monitoring on the estimation and realization of Arabica coffee production at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII, Java Estate Bondowoso Gardens, East Java. The methods used include collecting data on pruning in 2022 and production in 2023, as well as linear regression analysis with normality tests and multicollinearity tests. The research results show that the pruning carried out, whether light, medium or heavy, has a significant influence on the first harvest in 2023. However, the actual pruning is not completely according to plan due to various factors such as weather, plant health and labor availability. However, the pruning has proven to have a positive effect on coffee production, and the importance of careful monitoring in maintaining the quality and sustainability of Arabica coffee production.-
