dc.description.abstractPenerapan pola makan yang kurang tepat pada kelompok dewasa awal umumnya disebabkan karena adanya preferensi dan kekuatan yang terbentuk dalam menentukan pilihan makanan berkaitan dengan berbagai faktor yang dapat berakibat pada risiko ketidakseimbangan asupan sesuai dengan rekomendasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara perilaku picky eating dan pengetahuan gizi dengan kualitas diet mahasiswa IPB University. Kualitas diet diukur menggunakan Indonesian Healthy Eating Index (I-HEI), perilaku picky eating diukur dengan Adult Picky Eating Questionnaire (APEQ), dan pengetahuan gizi diukur dengan kuesioner terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional study yang melibatkan 70 subjek mahasiswa sarjana IPB University kampus Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor. dc.description.abstractThe implementation of an inappropriate diet in early adulthood is generally due to the preferences and strengths formed in determining food choices related to various factors that may cause the risk of imbalance nutritional intake in accordance with recommendations. This study aims to analyze the correlation between picky eating behavior and nutritional knowledge with diet quality among IPB University students. Diet quality is measured using the Indonesian Healthy Eating Index (I-HEI), picky eating behavior is measured with the Adult Picky Eating Questionnaire (APEQ), and nutritional knowledge was measured with a structured questionnaire. The cross sectional study design is conductedwith 70 subjects of IPB University’s undergraduate students in Dramaga campus, Bogor Regency.
