| Abstract: | Kebun Bunga Ciputri, yang dikelola oleh PT Kebun Ciputri Molek, merupakan unit bisnis agrowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengunjung, mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengunjung, dan merumuskan strategi perbaikan kinerja atribut. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index, Importance Performance Analysis, dan analisis finansial R/C rasio. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung Kebun Bunga Ciputri didominasi oleh perempuan, berusia di atas 35 tahun, berdomisili di Cianjur, bekerja sebagai pegawai swasta, berpendidikan SMA, sudah menikah, dan berpenghasilan di atas Rp4.000.000,00. Analisis CSI menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengunjung mencapai 78,1%, berada dalam kategori puas. Hasil IPA menunjukkan ada tiga atribut di kuadran I yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk perbaikan kinerja: kebersihan area kebun, ketersediaan toilet bersih, dan media sosial. Perbaikan atribut-atribut ini akan meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung menjadi kategori sangat puas. Hasil analisis R/C rasio yaitu sebesar 1,8 artinya perbaikan kinerja atribut dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan. Kebun Bunga Ciputri is an agritourism business unit managed by PT Kebun Ciputri Molek. This study aims to determine visitor characteristics, measure visitor satisfaction levels, and formulate strategies for improving attribute performance. The methods used are descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index, Importance Performance Analysis, and financial analysis R/C ratio. Descriptive analysis shows that visitors to Kebun Bunga Ciputri are predominantly women, over 35 years old, living in Cianjur, working as private employees, having a high school education, married, and earning above Rp4.000.000,00 per month. The CSI analysis shows that the level of visitor satisfaction reached 78,1%, which is in the satisfied category. IPA results indicate that there are three attributes in quadrant I that are top priorities for performance improvement: cleanliness of the garden area, availability of clean toilets, and social media presence. Improving these attributes will increase visitor satisfaction to the very satisfied category. The result of R/C ratio analysis is 1,8, means that improving the performance of the attribute can increase the company's revenue. |
