| Abstract: | Masalah produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) disebabkan oleh pengelolaan
jaringan gulma, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian.
bahan aktif Alkylphenol ethoxylates succinicester sulifonic acid sodium.
The problem of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) production is caused by suboptimal garden management, including in terms of weed control. The presence of weeds on agricultural land can cause competition with cultivated crops in terms of nutrient absorption, light, and water, as well as becoming a hiding place for pests. Generally, in oil palm plantations, weed control is carried out chemically. This study aims to evaluate the effect of the addition of surfactants to the herbicide Ammonium glufosinate in improving the efficacy of weed control in oil palm plants. Surfactants function as dispersing agents that increase the absorption of herbicides by weed tissues, thereby increasing the effectiveness of control. The research was conducted using herbicides Ammonium glufcinate and surfactants with active ingredients Alkylphenol, Ethoxylates, Succinicester Sulifonic Acid, Sodium. This study was conducted with several doses of treatment and the results showed that the addition of surfactants was not significant in increasing the efficacy herbicides. |
