| Abstract: | Pada tahun 2021 ketersediaan daging sapi dan kerbau di Indonesia masih mengalami defisit, dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan daging sapi dan kerbau di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Proyek usaha ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendukung nilai jual hasil peternakan lokal dan menambah ilmu serta pengalaman bagi penulis. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pengambilan data primer dan sekunder. Harcha Meat merupakan usaha penjualan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan daging sapi. Usaha ini didirikan di Jalan Raya Sepande No.37 Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur pada tanggal 6 November 2023. Usaha ini hanya mempunyai satu penyuplai daging yang berada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo yaitu milik Bapak Haji Maksum. Total suplai daging sapi selama 4 periode pada Harcha Meat yaitu 489 kg daging sapi dan 51 kg hasil ikutan dengan jumlah pembelian sebesar Rp 46.269.000. Total biaya tetap Rp 47.675.755 dijumlahkan dengan total biaya variabel Rp 327.535 dihasilkan biaya total Rp 48.003.290. Penerimaan total dari hasil penjualan daging sapi dan hasil ikutan 535 kg selama 4 periode dengan jumlah penerimaan Rp 51.905.000. Hasil BEP harga dari penjualan daging Rp 99.180 dan hasil ikutan Rp 941.241 dan R/C 1,08. ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD DZAKWAN FARDANI. Management of Harcha Meat Beef Sales Business Sidoarjo, East Java. In 2021 the availability of beef and buffalo meat in Indonesia is still in deficit, compared to the increasing demand for beef and buffalo meat in Indonesia. This business project aims to find out and support the selling value of local livestock products and add knowledge and experience for the author. The implementation method used is primary and secondary data collection. Harcha Meat is a sales business engaged in beef processing. This business was established on Jalan Raya Sepande No.37 Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java on November 6, 2023. This business only has one meat supplier in Sidoarjo Regency, namely Mr. Haji Maksum. The total supply of beef for 4 periods to Harcha Meat is 489 kg of beef and 51 kg of by-products with a total purchase of Rp 46,269,000. Total fixed costs of Rp 47,675,755 were added to total variable costs of Rp 327,535 resulting in a total cost of Rp 48,003,290. Total revenue from the sale of beef and by-products 535 kg for 4 periods with total revenue of Rp 51,905,000. BEP price results from the sale of meat Rp 99,180 and by-products Rp 941,241 and R/C 1.08. |
